The information collected will be used to help identify areas where the federal land management agencies are not in compliance with the new permanent fee authority law. Please fill out this form based on personal observation and experience only, not second-hand information. Completed forms will be compiled into a summary and provided to Congress to illustrate conflicts between the law and agency implementation.
